Sport/Activity Specific Strengthening Program

Fitness level is one thing, but being able to participate in your sport/activity of choice in another.  We will work with you to create a specialized strengthening/stretching program catered specifically for your needs to excel at your sport/activity of choice.  We will capitalize on your strengths and have you work on your weakness so that they will no longer be your weaknesses.

 
 

Gait analysis/Running gait analyis

We will observe your gait or running gait and break down the phases to determine where your functional impairments exist and work with you to correct your mechanics during those phases.  We will provide you with specific exercises to strengthen/stretch the muscles responsible for those impairments and get you back to walking or running without pain.

 
 

Bike Fit

Do you know that having an improper bike set-up could be the cause of your knee pain?  Maybe.  But did you know that an improper bike set-up can also lead to neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, and poor functional postures?  Our physical therapists are educated to perform bike fits through the eyes of a physical therapist.
